Terms and Conditions of Assessment

1. Fees are payable in full on or before commencement of the Assessment.

2. Fees are non-refundable.

3. Places are offered on a first come, first served basis.

4. Failure to attend an Assessment will result in forfeiture of the Assessment fee.

5. Assessments commence strictly at the advised time. Students are advised to arrive 15 minutes early. Students who arrive late will miss part or all of the Assessment.

6. Students must attend Assessment time for which they have registered. Any requests to change Assessment time must be made at least 3 days in advance and changes are subject to availability.

7. You will receive the results of your Assessment within 2 business days.

8. Assessments are an indication of your IELTS Band Score and are non-reviewable.
